Executive King Guestrooms

These rooms are located between the 4th-9th floors of the hotel and offer captivating city views. These rooms are larger in size to either accommodate a rollaway or to just spread out and relax. King Premier Guestrooms
8 King Premier guest rooms feature contemporary accommodations with new custom furnishings in tones of persimmon, cream, and natural brown tones that create a sophisticated and soothing atmosphere. King Spa Suites
The 10 King Spa Suites are spacious, romantic, and functional. All feature a king bed, and are located between the 3rd and 7th floors, with a 4-person dining table & chairs, a 2-person Fuji style jetted tub, separate shower, and at 750 square feet are large enough to spread out and relax while you enjoy the views of the city. Spa Premier Guestrooms
Each of the 5 Spa Premier guest rooms are romantic and private, located on our 8th floor with natural skylights to enhance the private comfort of your room. Please note there are no exterior views in this room type. These rooms include a king bed, 2-person Fuji style jetted tub, separate shower, and are each 350 square feet. For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed in this room type.
Garden Spa Guestrooms
There are only 3 of these special rooms in the hotel. All are located on the 9th floor and include a queen size bed, 150 square foot outdoor cedar balcony with a 2-person chlorinated hot tub enclosed by a lattice privacy screen. For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed in this room type.
Townhouse Suite
This two story 700 square foot suite is like no other in Portland. Your guest room is located upstairs and the living and entertainment area is located below with a sofa sleeper, wet bar, dining table with chairs, and half-bath. Connected by a traditional staircase, the bedroom features a king size bed, and additional sofa sleeper, as well as a 2-person Fuji style jetted tub. For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed in this room type.
Luxury Suite
Quite possibly the most exquisite suite in Portland, the Luxury Suite is your gateway to seeing the sights and scenes of Portland from atop the 7th and 8th floors of the hotel. Situated on the corner of these floors, your guest room is located upstairs and the living and entertainment area is located below with a sofa sleeper, wet bar, dining table with chairs, and half-bath. Connected by a traditional staircase, the bedroom features a king size bed, and additional sofa sleeper, as well as a 2-person Fuji style jetted tub. For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed in this room type.
